Course Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

Attendance

Course bookings include attendance for the pregnant person and one birth partner unless otherwise stated.

​

Course Content

The Birth Studio aims to provide accurate, evidence-based information. However, information provided during classes is educational in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.

​

Participants should always seek advice from their own healthcare professionals regarding individual medical circumstances.

​

Cancellation by Participants

If you need to cancel your booking:

​

• More than 28 days before the course start date: full refund

• 14 - 28 days before the course start date: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days before the course start date: no refund

​

Where possible, we may offer a transfer to a future course at our discretion.

​

Cancellation by The Birth Studio

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, participants will be offered:

​

• A transfer to an alternative course date; or

• A full refund

​

Liability

The Birth Studio accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on course content.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

​

Intellectual Property

Course materials remain the property of The Birth Studio and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, venues, timings, or delivery methods where necessary.
